Returns & Exchanges


It is important to us here at Little Big Crate that you are happy with the items you purchase from our store. If you have any questions regarding sizing, colour, or anything else regarding an item,please feel free to contact us hello@littlebigcrate.com prior to making your purchase. 

If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase (wrong size, colour) it can be returned for an exchange or credit note (excluding shipping costs). The returned item must be in resalable condition. We will aim to exchange if the item is in stock. Please note that we do not provide refunds for change of mind. 

 The item must be returned via courier within 7 days of purchase in order to be eligible for an exchange or credit note. The item must be in perfect condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached). A copy of your order confirmation must accompany the item when being returned. Please note in the case of an exchange, all additional postage costs are incurred by you. 

Faulty items

Although all items are thoroughly checked before being sent to our customers, occasionally a fault in a product may be found. If this is the case, please contact us immediately hello@littlebigcrate.com. We will gladly replace (if in stock), store credit, or full refund (including shipping costs) for faulty items. This is subject to our discretion. Return shipping for faulty items will be covered by us. Returns of faulty items must be received by us within 14 days of the customer receiving. Faulty items received outside of this time frame will not be accepted.

We highly recommend you return items to us using a track and trace or via courier to minimise it getting lost.
